Order requirement

Minimum order of 12 muffins for EACH flavor ordered

Minimum order of at least 30 cookies needs to be ordered

Orders need to be made at least seven working days in advance (excluding order date).
Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for confirmed orders (Deposit has to be made within 24hours after receiving our call)

Failure to do so would result in the termination of processing the orders.
Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your orders due to whatever reason, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancelled within 2 weeks of delivery date – 20% of the TOTAL value(inclusive of delivery charge) will be payable

Cancelled within 1 week of delivery date – 50% of the TOTAL value(inclusive of delivery charge) will be payable

Cancelled within 3 days of delivery date – 100% of the TOTAL value(inclusive of delivery charge) will be payable

Cancellation is not recognized until you receive a conformation call and e-mail from us.
Collection

All orders must be collected at the bakery point of contact. This contact will be discussed upon order confirmed

Collection of orders other than designated collection point is liable for additional charges.
Delivery

Delivery at designated location is chargeable based on distance, product and order size.

The prices varies with starting rate at SGD $25.00

Additional charges will be meted during weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays.
